Contessi Ballet School
Since 1976, Contessi Ballet School, the North Bay's only non-profit studio, has offered instruction in Classical Ballet utilizing the Vaganova and Cecchetti methods, Pointe,
Pas de Deux, Contemporary dance, Character, Tap, STOTT pilates and more for children and adults of all ages.
Class sizes are kept very small.
Dancers are educated in the history of dance and classical ballet.
As a nonprofit we seek support from the community to maintain our small-sized classes and specialized training.

Instruction
Contessi Ballet is focused on technique and artistry. We are proud to offer instruction across a variety of dance mediums by many former and current professional dancers.
Classes
Contessi Ballet offers instruction in Classical Ballet, Pointe, Pas de Deux, Character
Contemporary, Tap, core conditioning and more for children and adults of all ages.
Performances
We typically hold two to three performances per year, including a Spring production of a classical ballet and a full-length Nutcracker production open to dancers of all levels.
NBPAA
Contessi Ballet is the only non-profit dance studio operating in the North Bay under the Organization North Bay Performing Arts Association. Our Association and team of volunteers maintain the studio and put on productions.
